Men’s Fire Circle
10 MEN
ONE FIRE
What are you ready
to burn to ashes?
An old story. A habit. Anger. Shame.
Something you’re ready
to leave behind.
Step into a sacred tent with the fire at its heart.
Ten men. An evening of breath, ceremony and release.
Bring it in. Let it burn.
Leave it there.
International Men’s Day
Thursday 19 November 2026 · 6pm–9pm
Can’t make this date?
Bring it in.
Let it burn.
Leave it there.
Inside a bell tent warmed by the fire, ten men gather to put down what they have carried for too long.
An old story. Anger. Shame. Fear. A relationship. A habit. A version of yourself you have outgrown.
You know what it is.
Through ceremonial cacao, guided breathwork, myth, storytelling and ritual, we make space to meet it honestly. To give it a voice, or sit with it in silence. To mark what we are ready to release.
The fire is at the heart of the evening. What we place into it becomes ash. What we choose to do next becomes our responsibility.
DESCENT → RELEASE → FIRE → DECLARATION → ACTION
Before we leave, each man names the change he intends to make and one clear action he will take beyond the circle. Something real to carry into the next morning.
What is shared in the tent stays in the tent.
Every man agrees to honour the privacy of the circle. No photographs or recordings. No repeating another man’s story. You choose how much you share. Silence has a place here too.
Created and led by Philip Surry
Founder of Man Club Channel Islands.
Philip brings his experience of men’s circles, bodywork and breathwork into an evening of ceremony, honest connection and purposeful action.
“During the massage one feels a deep sense of calm, and letting go.”
Richard Torode, Oak Tree Massage client.
